Luna Park & Deno's Wonder Wheel Park
Following a morning at the New York City Aquarium in Brooklyn, Luna Park finally opened its doors for the day. I was excited to visit this park as it was where I would have the opportunity to experience one of the most renowned historical wooden rollercoasters, The Cyclone. Coney Island Cyclone Approaching the Cyclone, I noticed that the rollercoaster occupies its own little section up to the boardwalk by the ocean. A Story Book Adventure At Six Flags Great Escape
Today, we are visiting Six Flags Great Escape in Lake George, NY. Initially established in 1954 as Story Book USA, this park was themed around Mother Goose. As time passed, the park underwent various transformations, introducing new themed sections and roller coasters, leading to a name change to Great Escape in 1983. A Night At Darien Lake
Following a morning spent at Waldameer Park, I embarked on a 3-hour drive to reach my next park stop on my 2022 road trip. This next destination was Darien Lake in Darien Center, New York, situated just east of Buffalo. I would arrive to find the park pretty packed for the evening.
