An Island Adventure at Lost Island
Hey all! Today, we're exploring Lost Island Theme Park! After our adventure in Adventureland yesterday, we decided to visit this newer park, which is less than five years old and owned by the famous Lost Island Water Park. Upon arrival, a large plaza greets you, with the Mura Fire area on the left and the Udara Sky area on the right. We began our day in the Mura area. Since Volkanu: Quest for the Golden Idol wasn't open yet, we first rode Fire Runner. This RMC single rail rol

We began our day with the new Dolly Parton Experience, a museum-like attraction celebrating Dolly Parton's life and career—definitely a must-see. We browsed a few shops, took a train ride to check out the construction for the upcoming Nightlife Expedition, and then started our "Coaster Crawl" through the

Living The Sweet Life at Hershey Park
Hello everyone! Today, we're at Hershey Park, famously dubbed the "Sweetest Place On Earth"! It's been several years since our last visit, and our previous experience wasn't the best. Nonetheless, we're giving it another shot! We chose to splurge and booked a stay at the Hotel Hershey, then used the park's shuttle service to reach our destination. We arrived at the new Hershey's Chocolate Town and picked up our Fast Track Wristbands. Entering the park was easy, and Chocolate

A Day At Kings Dominion
Today, we find ourselves at the unique Kings Dominion (not to be mistaken for Kings Island). We kicked off our day by heading directly to the Jungle Expedition section of the park to try out the new wing coaster, Rapterra ! As the latest attraction, it currently boasts the longest line in the park. The park has done a reasonable job theming the queue area with temple ruins and references to the Volcano coaster. However, once you reach the station, the theming is minimal. Rapt

Paying Respects At Six Flags America
Today, during our Memorial Day trip, we made a spontaneous stop at the infamous Six Flags America, which is closing at the end of the year. This was my second time here; the first was during a scout trip on the way to a National Scout Jamboree. As soon as we got to the gate, we were all about hitting as many coasters as possible, even though they kept breaking down. First up was the relocated wild mouse coaster, Ragin' Cajun . Normally, I wouldn't wait 40 minutes for a wild m

A Day at SeaWorld Orlando
Hello all, Today, we had a 4:00 flight to catch back home, and what better way to spend a half day than at SeaWorld! For many years, SeaWorld was primarily known for its aquatic shows and animal exhibits. However, in the early 2000s, they expanded their attractions by adding thrilling rides like Journey to Atlantis and Kraken. By the late 2010s, SeaWorld significantly increased its rollercoaster offerings, positioning itself as the emerging rollercoaster capital of the Orland

Halloween Horror Nights ‘24 Trip Report
Well, a stop at Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights was a bit unplanned. But I figured since the park was open till 2 am and after multiple flight delays (5 Hours), I made it to my hotel at Cabana Bay at 11:40, And then to the park at 12:30. Yes I got very lucky on the bus transportation. With that, enjoy a very rushed look into this years Halloween Horror Nights (In typical Coast 'n' Tiki Fashion) Finally Checking Into Cabana Bay with multiple Flight Delays Finally

A Michigan's Adventure
Hey all! Today, we're at Michigan's Adventure! While it's the only major park in Michigan, it isn't the home park for most Michiganders. Growing up on Michigan's east side, Cedar Point was always seen as our home park, being about a two-hour drive across the Ohio border. It's important to note that even for Michigan residents, getting to this park is quite a journey since it's located near Grand Rapids. Before diving into the report, it's worth mentioning that many enthusiast

In The Hills at IdleWild
Hey all! Today, we visited Idlewild, situated in the hills along Lincoln Hwy in Pennsylvania. This family-friendly park exudes a charming storybook village atmosphere. While it doesn't feature major thrill rides, it offers a nice selection of family attractions for everyone to enjoy. Once inside, we made our way to the small rollercoaster nestled among the trees, the Rollo - Coaster . This ride has a straightforward out-and-back design and reaches a height of 27 feet. In rece

Feel The Sting at Carowinds!
Today, we're at Carowinds to add a few new coaster credits that have been introduced since my last visit over a decade ago. I've heard that Fury 325 is considered the top Giga-coaster, and Copperhead Strike is known for its impressive hangtime. So, let's kick off the trip report! Welcome To Carowinds! Home to an amusement park that straddles two states! We Will Hit Fury Later In The Day, It is So Tempting With those turns at over 90mph. 60 Minutes For Night Hawk Is Pretty Bru

Top Thrill 2 Races The Sky!
Well, Its Official! Top Thrill Dragster Races The Sky again as Top Thrill 2, re-introduced by rollercoaster maker Zamperla. After work, we headed to Cedar Point for the Season Passholder preview day to check out what this new giant had in store. Arrival Upon arrival, we were assigned a return time to secure our spot for the ride. We enjoyed a meal at Back Beat BBQ and went on several back-to-back rides on the Magnum XL 200. After an hour or so, the time arrived to enter the

A Day At Knotts Berry Farm
Having considered my options for a 5-day getaway, I chose to visit Knott's Berry Farm, a park I had overlooked during my previous road trip in California. Arrival & Knotts Berry Farm Hotel Following a 5-hour plane journey from the Midwest, I reached LAX and opted for an Uber to reach the recently refurbished Knotts Berry Farm Hotel. The hotel featured charming elements reminiscent of a magnolia farm, adorned with images of Walter and Cordelia Knotts. The room was also decorat

Arie Force One & Fun Spot Atlanta Review
After waking up at my hotel close to Kings Dominion, I decided that today would be the day for the longest drive of my annual rollercoaster road trip. I planned to visit Fun Spot Atlanta and Six Flags Over Georgia, aiming to experience everything in a single day and endure an 8 and a half hour drive! (I recommend giving yourself more time; waking up at 3am was quite challenging.) Following a couple of gas stops, I sleeplessly arrived at Fun Spot Atlanta in the late afternoon.

Coast'n' By Mt. Fuji at Fuji-Q
Hey all! Today, we find ourselves at the base of Mt. Fuji at an amusement park known as Fuji-Q Highland! Over the years, this park has become renowned for challenging the global stage with its record-breaking roller coasters. Although the park has evolved significantly and may not focus as much on breaking records now, it still offers some extremely intense rides among its attractions. At the start of the day, we obtained their fast pass-like wristband to access the main roll

Universal Japan Osaka Adventure
Hello, everyone. We are delighted to be at Universal Japan Osaka today. After an overnight train journey following an exhilarating day in Kyoto, we are eager for more adventures. Our morning objective was to secure a spot at the new Super Nintendo Land, and we succeeded. While waiting for our entry time, we took a brief tour around the park. It feels like experiencing all the top attractions from Universal Parks combined into one exceptional location. Although the Flying Dino

Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea
Hello everyone! Today on our Japan Adventure, we're exploring Tokyo Disney Sea and Tokyo Disney! I must admit, I don't have as many photos as I would have liked because my phone battery was giving me trouble. Nonetheless, I'm excited to share my whirlwind tour of both parks in a single day. One ride not shown in the photos is the Sinbad Voyage Boat Ride, which I believe might be the best Disney boat ride attraction I've experienced, and it never has a wait. Let the pictures a

The Six Flags That's In New England
After spending the morning at Canobie Lake Park today, I headed to Six Flags New England, which was a few hours away, to try out some of the rides. Fortunately, upon my arrival, there were few people, indicating a promising day with a good chance of experiencing all the attractions. This park first of all has a very unique layout. Most of the park is in a straight line unless you are going down the hill towards Superman or are in the Mainstreet area of the park. The first rid

Kennywood!
As Kennywood was the final park on the trip and I was visiting for the first time, I was optimistic that most of the rides would be operational. However, considering the past issues with Steel Curtain and Skyrocket, I was unsure if they would be available. I also wondered if I could ride Thunderbolt alone, which remained to be seen. One aspect worth mentioning about Kennywood is the challenge of reaching the park. Navigating the roads can be quite tricky as it is situated on

The One and Only Stricker's Grove
Today marked the final leg of my Annual roller coaster road trip as I headed towards Kings Island to experience their new Giga-coaster, Orion. Unbeknownst to me, I would end up delaying my visit to Kings Island by a day and instead have the opportunity to explore a park that opens to the public less than five times a year, this park is known as Stricker's Grove. Out of curiosity, I made the decision to check if Stickers Grove would be open on my return journey home, only to f

Race 'N' Around Beech Bend Park
Following my visit to the Huntsville Space Center in Alabama, I made my way to Bowling Green, KY, where I planned to visit the Corvette Museum and Mammoth Caves the next morning. However, for tonight's entertainment, I decided to explore a lesser-known family park called Beech Bend Park. Beech Bend Park stands out for its close proximity to a Racing Drag Strip, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy an extra thrilling attraction during races. Moreover, the park is home to
