Exploring the Future and the World at EPCOT

Hey all!

Today, we're exploring EPCOT (Experimental Prototype Community Of Tomorrow) at the Walt Disney World Resort. This park is divided into two distinct sections: Future World and the World Showcase. Future World is further divided into three areas: World Celebration, World Discovery, and World Nature. Meanwhile, the World Showcase serves as an international fair where you can enjoy food and drinks from countries around the globe. Join us for a photo tour through EPCOT!

Welcome to Epcot!

When you enter the park, you must do Spaceship Earth! This is the dark side that is inside the giant "Golf Ball" as people call it...

Our first area we will be exploring is The Land! This is in the World Nature Area.

Inside, they have one of the best attractions in the park, Soarin'

This ride lifts you up to a giant screen that gives you the sensation that you are flying over the world!

If your hungry, there is dining inside the Land pavilion as well

Also if you love plants, you must ride Living with the Land. Where you go through multiple green houses that teach you about farming.

The ride is slow, but relaxing.

Another Pavilion in World Nature is The Seas with Nemo and Friends! This takes you on a dark ride through the Finding Nemo Movie as well as showcasing Exhibits of sea life!

This is also where the Coral Reef Restaurant is

A Newer Walk through attraction is Moana Journey of Water

This walk through attraction has interactive water features and teaches you about the water cycle.

It's a neat little attraction, I wouldn't say its worth a wait though

Next is the Journey of Imagination ride!

On this ride, you get to explore the concept of having an imagination with Figment

Nearby, you can also take a ride on the General Motors Test Track. This is a fun thrill ride that takes you into the world of vehicle engineering. It is also the fastest ride in the park!

If you work for General Motors, Tell the Staff at the front and you will be taken to the General Motors Lounge after showing your badge. You will also get a free fastpass for your whole party.

If your into Intense Simulators, check out Mission Space! Where you will get to experience what it is like to launch into space as you make your trip into the Moons Orbit or Mars. This is also where the Space 220 Restaurant is.

Last but not least, is Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. This Spinning Rollercoaster is the longest indoor rollercoaster in the world. This ride is very popular so get on this earlier in the day.

Next, we will explore the World Showcase. We Will Show off a few of the Countries.
