High Above The Smokies At Annekesta

Hey all!
Today, we're perched high in the hills at Annekesta. This attraction provides two options to reach the mountain's summit: you can choose between a chairlift or the Mountain Rambler, a safari-style truck that accommodates multiple passengers. At the top, you'll find the enchanting Firefly Village, a lively and charming area with boutique shops, ice cream parlors, stands, and restaurants, all offering breathtaking mountain views of the Smokies and Gatlinburg below. We indulged in some shopping and then explored the activities among the trees. Beyond the village, Annekesta is a fusion of a garden and an adventure park. You can stroll through the trees on bridges and platforms on the TreeTop Walk, try gem mining, reach the highest point on the ANAVISTA Observation Tower, ride a mountain coaster, or enjoy their intricately themed playgrounds suitable for all ages! As of 3/30, Annekesta is undergoing a 5-year, 100 million dollar expansion.
We engaged in all the activities and even dined at the Clifftop Restaurant, which we will highlight in our Unique Dining Reviews! Overall, if you haven't been to Annekesta, it's a must-add to your Gatlinburg vacation. The prices can be high at times, so check the calendar for more affordable dates or consider visiting earlier or later in the season. Now let's delve into the photo report!
