Hey all!

Today, we visited Idlewild, situated in the hills along Lincoln Hwy in Pennsylvania. This family-friendly park exudes a charming storybook village atmosphere. While it doesn't feature major thrill rides, it offers a nice selection of family attractions for everyone to enjoy. Once inside, we made our way to the small rollercoaster nestled among the trees, the Rollo - Coaster. This ride has a straightforward out-and-back design and reaches a height of 27 feet. In recent years, cushioned clearance blockers were added to the sides of the train to allow for arm movement after an incident a few years back. Overall, it was an enjoyable ride for those who prefer milder experiences. The other rollercoaster we were eager to try was the distinctive Wild Mouse coaster, known for its slanted lift hill. Unfortunately, this ride was closed. Since our group wasn't interested in the flat rides and we had plans to visit another park later, we grabbed the famous "Potato Patch" fries, explored some of the storybook exhibits on our way out, and headed to our next destination. Here’s what we saw during our brief visit:
