Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park in Chattanooga, Tennessee, plans to debut its new family-friendly roller coaster, “Lookout Safari,” in 2026. According to park officials, this new ride will offer thrilling speeds and twists suitable for all ages. The coaster will feature a 656-foot track, complete two laps, and reach speeds of up to 21 mph.

Riders will enjoy a jeep-themed coaster with sharp turns, a modest initial drop, and steady, gentle thrills. Formerly known as “Kombo” at the Indianapolis Zoo, the coaster is being revamped with a safari theme for Lake Winnepesaukah.

“Lookout Safari” will be located along the lakefront, directly opposite the Cannonball. The park intends to provide more updates as the 2026 season nears, set to begin in the coming weeks.
