Hey all!
This evening, we are visiting Omaha, Nebraska, and what better way to experience the city than by dining at one of its renowned steakhouses? We opted for Cascio's Steakhouse, a beloved establishment since 1946. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a classic supper club ambiance featuring dim lighting, vintage chandeliers, and velvet dinner napkins. We began our meal with complimentary house breadsticks, which were freshly baked and delightful. For our main courses, I selected the 14oz Whiskey Ribeye, accompanied by a side salad and a choice of side, served alongside their mostaccioli. I chose mashed potatoes and gravy as my side. Not being particularly fond of salads, I focused on the banana peppers included with it. When the entrée arrived, I sampled the steak, which was excellently prepared. The steak was cooked to my preference, and the whiskey marinade was both mouthwatering and flavorful. Although I was not particularly impressed with the mashed potatoes and mostaccioli, the steak compensated for it. Overall, this steakhouse is an excellent choice for those visiting the area. While the steaks are somewhat pricey, they are more affordable compared to other steakhouses in Omaha, and the entrée includes a generous amount. We recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a quality steak. Please see our photo review below!
