Hey all!
Today, we are in Kansas City to explore the Hallmark Visitor Center at Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Upon arrival, you'll notice that you're essentially in a city block owned by Hallmark. They feature a large mall, a central plaza, restaurants, museums, and most notably, the Hallmark Visitor Center. You can enter through the Halls Department Store and navigate a few hallways and a breezeway to reach the visitor center, or you can access it directly from outside. For parking, there's a nearby garage not far from the visitor center. As you enter the Visitor Center, the front desk staff will greet you, and you'll find that the entire museum is essentially a well-sized loop. You'll begin with exhibits on Hallmark's history, then proceed to view various Hallmark Christmas trees over the years, the Hallmark Movie and Actor Hall of Fame, a display of their printing press, a bow-making machine that produces free bows, a display of Peanuts Hallmark products, and conclude at a living room showcasing Hallmark movies. There's a considerable amount to see, but if you're short on time, you can comfortably explore most of the museum in under an hour. Overall, this museum is a must-visit for fans of Hallmark cards, ornaments, or those who enjoy watching Hallmark movies during the holidays.
