The Royal Oak Music Theater, located in downtown Royal Oak, MI, is a concert venue close to various dining options. With a seating capacity exceeding 1,700, it originally opened as a movie theater in 1928 and has been owned by AEG Live since 2007. The theater offers floor seating, regular seating, and suite seating. It provides good views from any seat or standing area. However, it can get quite hot inside, as the air conditioning is not very effective. The theater is relatively small and typically hosts smaller acts. While the location is ideal, we believe the venue is not the best, as there are many other venues offering more.
