We Went To The Cadillac Ranch at Mall of America!

Hey all!

This evening, we stopped by Cadillac Ranch in the Mall of America for a late-night snack! This country-themed venue offers a fantastic atmosphere, complete with a mechanical bull for the adventurous. After a long day of driving, we opted for something quick and settled into the bar area to enjoy a selection of appetizers.

We ordered a variety to recharge:

• Cheese Curds: Served with a spicy chipotle dipping sauce.

• Buffalo Chicken Flatbread.

• Loaded Cadillac Fries: Topped with queso, bacon, sour cream, and green onions.

• Cadillac Nachos: Loaded with queso, black beans, grilled corn, pico de gallo, and fire-roasted jalapeños.

• BBQ Boneless Wings.

Overall, the food was quite good! Although I wasn't particularly fond of the black beans on the nachos—and despite asking for no lettuce, it came with a side of greens—it was easy enough to remove.

The ambiance is truly remarkable; it genuinely feels like you're relaxing in a lodge at a rustic dude ranch. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we'll definitely return the next time we visit the Mall of America.
