Zipping Down The Zip Rider At Icy Straight Point

Hello All!

Our ship has arrived at Icy Strait Point! Though it's not very large, it boasts one of the longest zipriders. After disembarking, we stored our belongings in a locker and took a scenic gondola ride to the top, where the ziprider begins. A ziprider is similar to a zip line, but instead of being harnessed and braking manually, you sit in a sling chair, are secured with a seatbelt, and are sent down the line. The highlight is the automatic brakes at the bottom! You simply relax and enjoy the ride and the island views. Afterward, we retrieved our items and went back up the gondolas to take photos before returning to the ship. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I can't wait to share the video from the Zip Rider. Check out my photo report of the adventure below!
