A Meal For Stars at The Hollywood Brown Derby

Howdy All!

Today, we're enjoying a meal at the Hollywood Brown Derby in Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort! This restaurant is a replica of the iconic dining venue where stars from Hollywood's golden era used to meet. The dining room features caricatures of numerous celebrities and exudes a Spanish mission style both inside and out. Known as a fine dining establishment, it is also famous for its renowned Cobb Salad! Our family has visited this place for many years during our Disney trips, and it has always been a special treat!

To begin our meal, we ordered the Brown Derby's Famous Cobb Salad. This includes spit-roasted turkey, bacon, egg, tomatoes, blue cheese, avocado, and classic dressing. We decided to add shrimp to ours. The Codd Salad was fantastic as always! For our Entree, we got their Pork Tenderloin which had Sweet Potato Polenta, House-made Beer-Orange Sausage, Sautéed Greens and a Cabernet Sauvignon-Sherry Sauce. The Tenderloin is cooked perfect to our liking and the sherry sauce complimented the Tenderloin perfectly. So if you are looking for a great night out to treat yourself while your at Hollywood Studios, this is the place!
