An Evening At Ole Reds - Gatlinburg

Hey all!
This evening, we grabbed dinner at Ole Red in Gatlinburg, Tennessee! Co-owned by country music star Blake Shelton and named after his hit song, this spot is packed with fun touches.
Once seated, we loved hunting for all the little Easter eggs referencing Blake’s music scattered around the venue—including a full-sized tractor hanging right from the ceiling! It did take a little while to get greeted and we had to flag down our server a couple of times, but no biggie.
When our menus finally arrived, I ordered a pink lemonade that came in a collectible Blake Shelton Ole Red Mason jar topped with a mini cowboy hat—and yes, you get to keep the jar, which is a super fun souvenir!
For my meal, I ordered the Ole Red Smash Burger, featuring two all-beef smashed patties, house-made boom boom sauce, American cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and a potato bun, served with a side of tater tots. The tots were easily the best part of the meal and pretty good, but the burger itself was nothing special, and the patties were a bit dry.
Overall, Ole Red is an awesome place to check out for live music if you are in the Gatlinburg area. However, with all the fantastic dining options around Gatlinburg, the food makes this a "one and done" for us. That said, we would definitely come back for a drink and to soak in the lively atmosphere!
