Award Wining Wings At Mavrix!

Hey all!
Growing up, Mavrix was a local staple—and back in high school, it held the title of the only Buffalo Wings and Rings in Michigan. Though they eventually dropped the franchise name to become Mavrix, this hometown favorite is still going strong. They are legendary for their Gene's Way wings—their signature buffalo sauce fried directly onto the wings for an incredible crunch—as well as their fiercely hot Nitro Wings. Over the years, they’ve expanded well beyond wings to offer a diverse menu featuring flatbreads, ribs, pastas, and upscale bar bites.
For this visit, the order was an easy choice: five Gene's Way wings paired with a side of their freshly made Saratoga chips. The chips are perfectly crunchy and well-salted, and they are absolute mandatory dipping material for their house-made blue cheese, quite simply the best blue cheese dressing out there.
Inside, the restaurant rocks a modern industrial vibe styled in bold black and red, hitting that sweet spot where a live-music energy meets a high-end sports bar. With endless beers on tap and prime screen views from literally anywhere in the room, it's an unbeatable spot to catch the game.
