Experimental Mac at Roni's Mac Bar

Today for lunch, we visited Roni's Mac Bar in the third-level food court at the Mall of America. We had noticed this place gaining popularity on TikTok recently, so we wanted to find out if the mac and cheese dishes were as good as people said.

Bryce joined us and opted for the 'F*** Me Up' Mac—a robust mix of cheddar, pepper jack, alfredo, parmesan, and garlic parmesan. It's practically a guaranteed way to get heartburn, but he was all in! I chose a slightly less daring option with the Buffalo Chicken Mac, which included cheddar, grilled chicken, onions, and buffalo sauce.

Both dishes were honestly delicious. While the 'F*** Me Up' Mac is quite filling, the best part is that the portions are just right; you feel satisfied without being uncomfortably full. If you're a mac and cheese lover, this spot is definitely worth a visit. Go satisfy your craving!
