Little Caesars Arena Concert Experience

Little Caesars Arena in Detroit is the official NHL venue for the Detroit Red Wings and the Detroit Pistons, and it occasionally hosts concerts when the expected audience size surpasses that of venues like the Fillmore, Pine Knob, or Meadow Brook. Opened in 2017 after three years of construction, the arena has a maximum capacity of approximately 22,000 people. However, this capacity may be reduced for certain concerts as many seats behind the centrally positioned stage are not available. Little Caesars Arena provides various seating options: attendees can choose to be on the arena floor during concerts, which is typically the most expensive option, sit in the lower bowl, enjoy more legroom in the Drink Rail seats, or select the most economical option in the upper bowl, also known as the nosebleed section. The arena is not renowned for the quality of its upper bowl seats and is notorious for obstructed views of the stage from the top of the upper bowl. While televisions are available to display the performance, this somewhat undermines the experience. The food selection is limited, featuring Little Caesars stands, standard hot dog and chicken finger stands, and dine-in options at Mike's Pizza Bar if you arrive before the show.
