Port Side BBQ On The Oasis of the Seas

Hey All!

We’ve officially boarded Oasis of the Seas and kicked off our vacation with lunch at Portside BBQ! This spot was added during the ship’s dry-dock renovation and operates a la carte, so it's not included in the standard complimentary dining.

For our first meal, we tried the classic pulled pork sandwich, a side of mac and cheese, and their blondie bars for dessert. While the pulled pork was a little on the dry side, the BBQ sauce definitely saved the day. The real stars, though? The mac and cheese—topped with a perfect breadcrumb crust—and those delicious blondie bars!

Overall, it was a satisfying lunch. It might not beat your favorite backyard smokehouse, but it definitely hit the spot and will hold us over until our dinner at Chops Grille tonight. Check out our photos from the experience below!
