Seeing Movie Making Magic at Disney's Hollywood Studios

Hey all!

Today, we're visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios. This park at the Disney World Resort is designed around the theme of movie-making and immersing yourself in films. It features Star Wars Land, Toy Story Land, a version of Sunset Boulevard, and some of the finest shopping and dining experiences at a Disney Park. So, sit back, relax, and join us for a photo report tour of the park!

Welcome to Disney's Hollywood Studios!

As you enter the park, you are transported to the early days of Hollywood

If your looking for shopping, they have it!

The Trolley Car has some of the best breakfast items in the park

In the Chinese Theater, you can join Mickey and Minnie on a Wild Train chase that puts you right into the classic cartoon!

Looking for a great stunt show? Check out the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular

Sci-Fi Dine in is a neat dining experience where you get to sit in your own classic car and watch old movie clips on a Drive In movie screen.

The Muppets Courtyard is most likely being removed soon, so lets take a look through the land.

Muppet Vision Puts you right into the Muppet Show Antics in 3D

The Land has a unique City Vibe

They have an Italian Restaurant, but I wouldn't recommend it to be honest. Its like Olive Garden

The Best spot to get Adult Beverages in the park is the Baseline Tap House

For Cafeteria Food, you can also go to the ABC Commissary

We know head into Toy Story Land!

Opened Recently, Round Up Rodeo BBQ is a Toy Story Themed BBQ Full Service Restaurant. We hope to check it out one day!

The Land makes you feel like your a toy left in the backyard. Pictured above is the Slinky Dog Dash Rollercoaster

The Ride is perfect for the whole family and it launches riders over the land itself

Here is the big launch on the ride

If you plan on riding it though, you will want to get here early or grab a fast pass. This ride gets very long lines with minimal shade.

Looking for a good Carnival Themed Shooting Ride, take a ride on Toy Story Mania!

The Tea Cups Ride in the park is Alien Swirling Saucers

This Tea Cups Style Ride has a twist though, its like your swaying like a trailer being towed

Next, we head into Star Wars Galaxy's Edge

On Smuggler's Run, you can pilot your own Millennium Falcon!

The Land is very immersive and it is easy to get lost in.

You can also get a specialty drink in the land. Green or Blue Milk. They dont taste great though

Rise of the Resistance is the headlining dark ride experience at Galaxy's Edge. It is worth getting on if you can. You wont be disappointed.

As of this date, you can meet Edna Mode in the mini Pixar area of the park.

Entering the Animation Courtyard, you will see Voyage of the Little Mermaid. It has been closed for a while, but it is expected to open soon with a revamped show.

Disney Junior always has a Live stage show in this soundstage

Heading back towards the front of the park, You can enjoy Fine Dining at The Hollywood Brown Derby! Be Sure to try the Famous Cobb Salad

Also in the Center Courtyard is a Frozen Sing-A Long Show

For a Buffet Character Dining Experience, Hollywood and Vine has you covered.

Or you can be transported back to your Grandmas Kitchen in the 1950's and have a good old fashioned dinner at The Prime Time Cafe

Backlot Express has the typical counter service food

You can also still take a ride on the original Star Wars attraction at the park, Star Tours.

Now, we will head down Sunset Boulevard.

You cant have enough Bars for the parents

Or snack stands to satisfy your hunger on these hot days

So this area of the park houses the Beauty and the Beast Stage Show. There's some excellent Puppetry in this show and it gets you out of the sun.

The Biggest thrill rides are also in this area of the park. The Tower of Terror is an immersive drop tower experience. Not for the faint of heart.

You also have the headlining rollercoaster, Rock N Roller Coaster

This indoor rollercoaster has a unique rock n roll theme and is the only rollercoaster to go upside down at Disney World
