Strings Ramen In Madison, WI
Hey all!
Tonight, we are dining at Strings Ramen in downtown Madison, Wisconsin! This popular ramen spot is famous for its customizable spice levels and came highly recommended by our readers. Since it's located right near the state capitol and a major college campus, parking can be a bit tricky, so definitely keep that in mind if you visit.
Once we were seated, we started things off with the Japanese Fried Chicken appetizer. The breading on the chicken was exceptionally tasty, and it came with a mustard-like dipping sauce that complimented it really well.
For the main event, I ordered The Hell Ramen at Spice Level 1, which features Chinese Tianjin red chili, Szechuan chili bean sauce, and Thai chili. Overall, the broth was phenomenal with just the right amount of kick—though I did wish it came with a meat protein like chicken included in the bowl. Honestly, this place is entirely worth visiting just for the incredible ramen broth alone!
Overall, I would definitely return and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic bowl of ramen in the Madison area.
