It is The Bob, a pedestrian bridge that spans the Missouri River and connects two states. On one side lies Council Bluffs, Iowa, and on the other, Omaha, Nebraska. Standing at the midpoint of the bridge allows you to be in two states simultaneously. Access to the bridge is straightforward, with parking available on both ends.
