Rapterra Lands A 48in Height Requirement
The title sums it up: Kings Dominion's new Wing Rollercoaster will require riders to be at least 48 inches tall. Typically, Wing Coasters have a height requirement of 52 inches due to their restraint systems (with Dollywood being an exception at 50 inches). This adjustment makes the exciting Wing Rollercoaster accessible to the whole family. Rapterra will open to the public on March 29th!


Bavarian Blast Construction Update Frankenmuth, MI
With the arrival of spring weather, I thought it would be a great opportunity to take a day trip to Frankenmuth, MI, to see how the construction of the new Bavarian Inn Indoor Water Park is progressing. The water park was initially expected to open around Christmas, but some construction delays have pushed back its completion, and they are still adding the finishing touches. However, most of the renovated fun center at the resort is finished. Take a look at the picture below!

Anaconda Kings Dominion Closes Forever
Anaconda, a steel looping rollercoaster located in the Jungle X-Pedition area of the park, has permanently closed without prior notice.
