Clementon Park To Permanently Close

Clementon Park has permanently closed following Labor Day weekend, citing low attendance and mounting financial pressure from its parent company, IB Parks. This closure follows the failure of sister property Niagara Amusement Park—also owned by IB Parks—to open for the 2026 season. Industry observers hope the struggling property can find a new buyer to turn things around. The park's most notable attraction, the S&S wooden roller coaster Hellcat, has sat dormant for several years, leaving the future of both the ride and the grounds uncertain.
