Howdy!
This evening, we are dining at the Mexico Pavilion in Epcot, specifically at the San Angel Inn Resteraunte. This restaurant is uniquely situated within a Mayan Pyramid, offering a dining experience under a simulated night sky. The menu features Mexican-inspired cuisine, fully embracing the cultural theme. We opted to forgo appetizers and proceeded directly to our main courses. One selection was the Carne Asada, which includes a New York strip steak with chipotle butter, accompanied by cheese enchiladas, esquites, roasted vegetables, and corn ribs. The dish was flavorful, and the steak was expertly cooked. Our other choice was the Pollo a Las Rajas, consisting of a grilled chicken breast served over roasted potatoes with onions, poblano peppers, corn, and a poblano cream sauce, topped with queso fresco. Both meals were commendable, and the restaurant's ambiance, enhanced by the surrounding music, offers a distinctive dining experience. Let's proceed with the photo review!
