Howdy!

This evening, we're dining at the Mexico Pavilion in Epcot, specifically at the San Angel Inn Resteraunte. This restaurant is uniquely located within a Mayan Pyramid, providing a dining experience beneath a simulated night sky. The menu features Mexican-inspired cuisine, fully embracing the cultural theme. We chose to skip appetizers and went straight to our main courses. One choice was the Carne Asada, which includes a New York strip steak with chipotle butter, served with cheese enchiladas, esquites, roasted vegetables, and corn ribs. The dish was flavorful and of decent quality. Our other selection was The Catch of the Day, a fish served with various vegetables. To be honest, it was a bit fishy for our taste. Both meals were commendable, and the restaurant's ambiance, enhanced by the surrounding music, offers a distinctive dining experience. Let's proceed with the photo review!
