Fairbanks Steakhouse at Hollywood Casino Tunica

Hey all,

Tonight, I'm having dinner at Fairbanks Steakhouse located in Hollywood Casino, Tunica, Mississippi! The restaurant is somewhat hidden from the casino floor and requires an elevator ride to the second floor, which can be tricky to locate unless you ask the staff for help. The atmosphere is classic and typical of most steakhouses—nothing revolutionary, but quite comfortable.

The service was very attentive and quick to take my order, and the complimentary bread service accompanying the meal was quite good!

For my main dish, I chose the 16oz Prime Rib, which is slow-roasted with garlic and rosemary, served with mashed potatoes and green beans. The prime rib was perfectly cooked, with minimal fat, which was a pleasant surprise. The mashed potatoes were incredible and delightfully buttery!

Overall, I enjoyed my time at Fairbanks Steakhouse, and if I find myself in town again, I would consider returning.
