Today, I am diligently assembling and evaluating Lego Set #10366, The Lego Tropical Aquarium. This set has faced some criticism regarding its pricing, which is indeed on the higher side at $480. However, the perceived value is subjective and varies by audience. Personally, I am drawn to vibrant and complex sets that require more than a day to complete, making this set ideal for me. If you are considering purchasing this set, I suggest using the "PayPal Pay 4" option, which allows payment in four interest-free installments. (Please note, this is not an advertisement for PayPal, and I always purchase my sets independently.) Now, let's proceed with the build!

The Lego Tropical Aquarium has well over 40 Bags. I will say that it is nice that you are given baseplates to build on for the water and the sand. Probably for the first 2 hours, I was creating the bottom frame of the fish tank, then creating the surrounding rocks, a cave with a hermit crab that can move, and a treasure chest that can open and close with a lever.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed assembling this set! Paying for the entire set upfront? Definitely not my approach! However, spreading out the payments made it an incredibly rewarding project. Now, if only I could make it light up like a Christmas tree. That's all for now, and as always... Keep on Coast 'n'!
