The Elegant Dining at The Polite Pig

Hello all,

Today, we're having dinner at The Polite Pig! It's been a favorite spot of ours since Downtown Disney transformed into Disney Springs, mainly because of their BBQ Cauliflower. However, we wanted to explore more of their BBQ offerings. To start, we ordered the BBQ Cauliflower, street corn, and a side of tomato and watermelon. These have always been our go-to small bites when visiting Disney Springs. For our entree, we chose the Pulled Pork, paired with their mustard sauce, along with a side of jalapeño cornbread and BBQ waffle fries. This was some of the best BBQ food we've ever tasted.
