The Wonders of Geo-82

Hey all!

This evening, we visited Geo-82, the new 21+ restaurant and lounge inside the Spaceship Earth building at Epcot. We learned that this spot was once one of Epcot's company-sponsored lounges for Siemens. The restaurant boasts a geometric, contemporary design that complements the futuristic theme of Spaceship Earth. Our visit included a fireworks package, providing seating by the restaurant's windows with views of the World Showcase, along with complimentary drinks, alcohol, and small bites.

Our experience began with champagne selected by sommeliers at Walt Disney. Following the champagne, you can choose between a Golden Old Fashioned or a Shimmering Margarita, which are available for unlimited enjoyment until last call. We were then served hors d'oeuvres on a tiered tower, featuring Scotch Eggs, a variety of cheeses and meats, and pimento cheese macarons. All the food was exceptional and of high quality. Dessert was served just in time for Harmonious, featuring a platter of Baumkuchen, Bonbons, and Chocolate-dipped strawberries. The desserts were delicious and perfectly sweet. Around 9:00, the restaurant lights dim and synchronize with Harmonious. Overall, this was a unique experience and definitely worth trying once if you're looking for a more exclusive and intimate way to watch Epcot's nighttime show.
