During our stay at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort, we had the opportunity to dine at the Turf Club, an elegant restaurant conveniently located near the main lobby and at the entrance of Disney's Lake Buena Vista Golf Course. This prime location offers stunning views of the lush greens and creates a welcoming atmosphere that enriches the dining experience.

Prior to my visit, we had reviewed the menu online and was especially interested in the prime rib, known as one of the restaurant's signature offerings. The prospect of savoring this classic dish heightened my anticipation for the evening. Upon arrival, I were welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere, featuring the country club decor that embodies the resort's equestrian theme, making it an ideal dining location for guests desiring comfort food with an elegant touch.

We started our dining experience with a refreshing and expertly crafted piña colada, which perfectly balanced sweetness with tropical flavors. The meal was further enhanced by warm bread rolls, freshly baked and served with distinctive black salt butter, offering a savory twist to the traditional pairing and setting a delightful tone for the evening.

When the prime rib arrived at our table, it was presented beautifully, showcasing a well-prepared cut of meat that was both visually appealing and aromatic. The prime rib was cooked to perfection, with a tender texture that practically melted in my mouth. It was enhanced by what appeared to be house-made horseradish, which provided a delightful kick that elevated the flavor profile of the dish. The horseradish was fresh and vibrant, complementing the richness of the beef without overpowering it.

Alongside the prime rib, I also enjoyed a generous serving of mashed potatoes. These were impeccably smooth and buttery, with a flavor that tasted remarkably fresh, as if they had been prepared from scratch just moments before serving. The creamy consistency of the potatoes paired wonderfully with the savory meat, creating a harmonious balance of flavors on my plate.

Additionally, I couldn't resist trying the fried chicken, which was another highlight of the menu. The chicken was crispy on the outside, with a juicy and tender interior that made each bite a pleasure. It was seasoned well, providing an enjoyable crunch that contrasted nicely with the other dishes we had chosen.

Overall, our dining experience at the Turf Club was exceptional. The combination of quality prime rib, delicious fried chicken, and attentive service made it a memorable meal. For anyone staying at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort or simply visiting the area, the Turf Club is undoubtedly a great choice for those in search of a satisfying and well-prepared meal. Whether you're a fan of classic American cuisine or simply looking to indulge in some comfort food, this restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience that is sure to please.
