Zef's Streetside Social

Hey all!

Today, we are dining at Zef's Streetside Social in Macomb, MI. This restaurant features an airy, summery, and Mediterranean-inspired decor that feels instantly inviting.

After getting settled with our water, we started off with the Loaded Tater Tots as an appetizer. Topped with bacon bits, jalapeños, queso blanco, and green onions, they tasted fantastic—the queso and bacon bits both had a notably fresh, high-quality flavor.

For our entrees, I went with the Cubano Sandwich, layered with deli-sliced ham, pulled pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and Dijon mustard on a crispy, pressed hoagie roll. It delivered everything you would hope for in a classic Cuban sandwich and hit the spot. Reg ordered the Honey Mustard Club, which featured turkey, bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard wrapped in a flour tortilla. The wrap was delicious, with the honey mustard dressing pairing perfectly with the turkey and bacon, and she also enjoyed a side of their sweet potato fries.

Overall, Zef's Streetside Social is a great option if you're looking for an open, relaxed environment for a larger gathering or a casual date night that won't break the bank—especially if you stick to their fantastic sandwich selection.
